  • Rechnung wird nicht generiert TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get the size of the imag

    Liebe VirtueMart Community,


    ich habe wieder einmal ein Problem. Das Sofortüberweisung-Modul hat immer automatisch auf eine jpg- Bild umgestellt das ich im Ordner Bezahlarten von VM auch hinterlegt hatte obwohl ich das PNG. ursprünglich eingestellt hatte im Modul.-Warum auch immer. Jetzt liegt nur mehr das PNG. im Bezahlordner.


    Ich habe nur das Problem das die Rechnungen von Bestellungen nicht generiert werden können weil TCPDF keine .jpg Datei verwenden kann. Die bekannte Fehlmeldung lautet: TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get the size of the image:


    Meine Frage dazu ist: Kann ich die Rechnung für diese zwei Bestellungen im Backend wo finden und den Bildverweis auf .png ändern sodass ich die Rechnung generieren kann und diese Fehlermeldung nicht mehr kommt?

  • Sofortüberweisung Plugin Fehlermeldung

    Nein habe ich noch nicht, aber die Uhrzeiten stimmen auch nicht. Hab die Sprachdatei jetzt heruntergelassen. Wo genau muss ich diese einzelnen Dateien hinkopieren und vorallem wohin die Datei: com_virtuemart-de-DE.xml?


    Hab bemerkt das ersuch bei der Kalkulation fehlermacht wenn man aus einer bestehenden Bestellung Positionen entfernt :confused:

    Hallo Faro,


    entschuldige für meine verspätete Antwort. Viele Dank für deine Hilfe - habe Virtue Mart jetzt 3.0.16 aktualisiert. Habe auch SOFORT aktivieren lassen und schau jetzt wie es Produktiv läuft. Bin gespannt. Werde es hier posten wenn der Fehler auftritt und die Lösung gefunden habe.


    Eine Frage habe ich noch. Seit ich auf 3.0.16 Umgestellt habe kommt wenn die Bestellung aufgegeben wurde beim Bestellstatus am Anfang immer "COM_VIRTUEMART_UNKNOWN_ORDER_STATUS" und das Datum und die Uhrzeit stimmt auch nicht immer. Weißt du vielleicht woran das liegen kann? Anbei auch ein Bild zur Veranschaulichung.

  • Sofortüberweisung Plugin Fehlermeldung

    Hallo Faro,


    vielen dank für deine Antwort. Ich verwende die aktuelle Version Joomla 3.5.1.


    Die Bestellung geht komischerweise durch. Nur bekomme ich permanent diese Benachrichtigungen per mail. Ich habe eine 503 Fehlermeldung die ist auf den Webserver zurückzuführen da er nicht erreichbar ist lt. Support von SOFORT. Ich habe auch gesehen das er eine mitgegebene Nummer bei der Transaktion nicht verifizieren kann. Ich werde es mal mit der neuen Virtuemart Version versuchen.


    Wie kann ich die Version 3.0.16 installieren bzw. updaten sodass alle Produkte und Einstellungen erhalten bleiben?

    wenn ich eine Testüberweisung durchführe über das Plugin Sofortüberweisung bekommen ich nach Eingang der Bestellung immer folgende Benachrichtigung die sich nicht abstellen lässt:


    Hallo,


    Ein Fehler mit Ihrer Zahlungsart sofort in Ihrem Shop Match Center Austria Angel- und Outdoor Online-Shop. Die Details sind in der Datei sofort.5.log.php


    aufgezeichnet.


    Im Bestellstatus steht der Text "VMPAYMENT_SOFORT_RESPONSE_STATUS_REASON_not_credited_yet" was darauf hinweist das die Zahlung nicht gutgeschrieben wurde in der Testtellung.


    Hat jemand diesbezüglich Erfahrung damit? Is das eine Besonderheit die nur mit der Teststellung zu tun hat und verschwindet wenn die Zahlungsart produktiv gesetzt wird?

    Vielen Dank für deine Antwort. Das hab ich schon probiert. Ich bin über die Debug-Meldung auf etwas gestoßen und zwar: Bei jedem Land wird die richtige Versand ID übergeben( vmdebug FOUND automatic SELECTED shipment !! Var1: 5) im Falle eines Kunden aus Deutschland. Nur bei Österreich wird das nicht übergeben. Bei Österreich sollte die ID 18 übergeben werden.


    Hilft dir das vielleicht weiter?

    da ich neu hier bin möchte ich mich kurz vorstellen: Ich habe eine Online-Shop für Fischerei- und Outdoorartikel.


    Habe das Problem das nur für Kunden aus Österreich keine Versandart angezeigt wird. Jedes andere Land funktioniert. Die Debug-Meldung zeigt das die Versandart erkannt und richtig berechnet wird. Nur dargestellt wird sie nicht.


    Liegt das an der Sprachdatei von Virtuemart 3?

    Liebe Virtuemart Community,


    ich bin neu hier und möchte mich kurz vorstellen: Ich habe einen Onlineshop für Outdoor und Angelsportartikel und habe das Problem das der Versand nach Österreich nicht mehr möglich ist, da er die Versandart nicht erkennt. Deutschland und andere Länder funktionieren nur Österreich nicht. Ich habe die Debug-Meldungen aktiviert und da erkennt er die richtige Versandart nur man kann sie nicht auswählen sodass man die Bestellung beenden kann. Vielleicht könnt Ihr mir Helfen das problem zu lösen da ich dafür selbst nicht in der lagen bin.
