Allerdings kommt bei mir als Verkäufer keine Nachricht bei einer Anfrage. Es steht nur im Backend im Produkt. Hab ich da was falsch eingestellt, oder soll ich immer nachschauen?Gruß

Hallo ich hänge mich mal dran, weil ich auch Anrufe von Kunden bekommen habe, dass keine Bestellbestätigung ankommt.
Es geht nur um Vorkasse/Überweisung. Bei paypal klappt das.
Der Standard Status ist nach der Bestellung "ausstehend"
Diesen kann ich aber bei den mail-Einstellungen gar nicht auswählen (siehe Bild)
Wie kann ich das lösen?Grüße, Helmut

Es scheint so, dass die Einstellung unter Kassen-Einstellungen in der VM-Konfiguration "Aktiviere automatisch vorgewählte Versandart" nicht richtig war. Steht jetzt auf "keine Präferenz"

Habe jetzt mitbekommen, dass man bestellen kann ohne Versandkosten auszuwählen. Das sollte doch nicht sein, oder?

Ja, die Versandkosten werden über Gewicht ermittelt. Habe leider nichts besseres gefunden bis jetzt.

Ja das scheint ein anderes Problem zu sein.
Wie im Bild zu sehen wird die Versandart zwar ausgewählt (u.l.) aber nicht mit berechnet (o.r.)
Tritt jetzt auch bei Überweisung auf nicht nur bei paypal express. -

habe ein ähnliches Problem.
Wenn der Kunde mit paypal express bezahlt, dann werden die Versandkosten nicht berechnet. Ist mir jetzt erst aufgefallen, weil das nicht so oft vorkommt.

ich schätze mal das mein Problem vom Template (horme3 free) kommt:Egal welches Produkt: wenn man bei "Verwandte Kategorien" eine Kategorie anklickt, wird diese in einem neuen Tab geöffnet.
Bei "Unterkategorien" die gleiche Kategorie angeklicktm, wird diese korrekt im gleichen Fenster geöffnet.
Beispiel: hier, Granitspüle Naber Facile 2 Cayenne Set inkl. SchlauchbrauseWie kann man das einstellen, dass auch bei den "Verwandte Kategorien" der Link im gleichen Fenster geöffnet wird?

Hallo,
ich habe lokal unter xampp das Update von J 2.5.28 VM 2.6.22 auf die neuesten Versionen nach der Anleitung und den Dateien vom Mediaservice durchgeführt.
Es hat auch ohne Fehlermeldungen geglappt.
Danach habe ich zwei Probleme bemerkt.
Im Bachend wird im Menu unter AIO ein 404 Fehler angezeigt.
Im Frontend zeigen die Links von AGB Datenschutz- und Widerrufsbelehrung auf andere Beiträge.Kann jemand helfen?

Ja da haben wir letztes Jahr was gemacht mit den EEK Angaben. Muss ich wohl den Programmierer noch mal fragen.

Habe damals gleich den Fix installiert und die Abschaltungen gab es vorher auch schon.
Der Hoster hat mir einen neueren Serverplatz angeboten und da werde ich dann gleich das Update auf J3 und VM3 machen.
Hoffe das das dann alles zur Zufriedenheit läuft.Gruß nach Rostock

Hallo,
folgendes Problem: unser Shop kueche1a.eu (VM 2.6.22) wird vom Hoster regelmäßig deaktiviert weil eine Schutzfunktion im Plesk bei zu viel Last greift. Er läuft noch unter j 2.5.28.Man vermutet, dass es an VM liegt und hat mir die folgenden Zeilen als mögliche Fehlerquelle genannt.
